The RCS training program is
really good. It helps us develop our communication skills.
The flow of the training program is well organized. The
trainer is also confident and excellent. The RCS training
program is not a waste of time, it is really a big help
to our country in producing efficient call center agents.
The good thing of this training is it is free. Everyone
is welcome to join the training.
The trainer will assess you and look what needs to be improved.
I had a great time with the RCS training program because
it helped me get hired.

The RCS Training
Program was very fun and I was able to learn a lot of things.
The employees were all very accommodating. My English grammar
improved because our trainer always corrected us every time
we committed mistakes. Our trainer also gave us a chance
to express ourselves. This experience taught us a lot of
things that can help us in our chosen career. I just hope
that RCS will continue to give free training..

The training is good, there
are many things to learn. I was not able to pick-up the
American intonation pattern easily, although the only way
to get it is to practice all the time. I've been paying
attention to pitch as well. The important thing in this
training is to listen.

Honestly, I really want to
go to a training program. When I got a call, I confirmed
right-away even if I'm not familiar with the place. I need
this training to improve my communication skills and increase
my confidence.
I really enjoy training here. My confidence
is improving. My co-trainees make me feel that I can do
it. Our trainer is very supportive and inspiring. I want
to say thank you for this opportunity, to my trainer and
co-trainees. I will be applying the things I've learned
here.

The training is a refreshing
course on basic English concepts; grammar, subject-verb
agreement, pronunciation, etc. It is not only for call center
agent wanna-bes. Anyone who is interested and eager to improve
their communication skills can attend this training. So
regardless of ones profession, if you seek to increase your
knowledge, join the training and learn while having fun!

I felt a bit hesitant during
the moment I was invited to take this course. Ive heard
lot of humors on taking free training. I also believed in
the words “no such thing as free”. I took a
2 weeks leave to find this out for myself, and all of the
hearsays were proved wrong. Everyday I learned new things
to boost my confidence as well as my communication skills.
I also had fun gaining new friends. I used to think that
I'm not good in English but I feel more confident now. Our
teacher, Ms. Miren Misa, is not only a beautiful lady but
she is also a very good teacher. Or should I say excellent!
RCS is the best institute for those who seek to improve
on their English and become acquainted with the ways of
call centers.

After one week of training
at RCS, I learned a lot of things about the call center
world, which was my expectation coming in during the first
day. I also improved my grammar and met new people which
is good for me! RCS focuses on the potential of its trainees.
After each activity we changed partners so everyone was
able to meet each other. In our batch many friendships were
built.

Training here at RCS is a memorable
experience. I've learned a lot in English communication.
The trainers and the staff are good in teaching and very
friendly. It's like going to school, because you're learning
new things and meeting new people without having to spend
money. The bottom line is RCS increased my chances of getting
a job.

I am really grateful
for that training as it really helped me land a job at a
call center. The English pronunciations were very helpful
especially during the interviews tho the interviewer still
noticed some slips. They were quick enough to point out
those ones. Also, the interview answer practice you gave
were plus factors in the process. One thing that would give
added advantage to landing the job is typing proficiency
especially in the computer. Navigation skills is another
one.
Again, the training session provided me with most of the
necessary tools to pass my tests at the call center.
Thank you, Miren, Queeny and RCS/JobsPursuit.

My name is Elpidio
P. Borja III and you can call me Peewee Borja. I would like
to share my experience in Rights Computer System, Inc. and
my trainer as well Miren Misa. They are very accommodating,
patient because we are to many and helpful when we needed
their assistance. In that entire short term course for two
weeks that I attended, the free CCA training I gained knowledge,
skills, and self-confidence. Miren taught us how to pronunciate
words, how to deliver the correct sentences and grammar.
Their program really helped people who wants to work in
the BPO industry. Call centers here in the Philippines are
still booming and continuous rising .
In behalf of my batch mates and friends that I met in the
training room. We are thankful that you had this program
for free and your intention is to help us. Specially Miren
thank you very very very much.
Thank you very much and god bless you all!!!
